Central route to persuasion motivates people to pay attention to the facts in a communicated message. When facts are logical and compelling, attitudinal changes take place promptly. Therefore, the contents of the messages are especially important.
On the contrary, when facts are not compelling, people get swayed only by peripheral cues such as mood, emotion, attractiveness of the speaker, etc. Change your thoughts positive in all the situations. Use more positive words more than negative ones. The reason is positive words have very large power than we imagine.
You can be more polite while talking to other people. Rudeness in the conversation makes your attitude unfriendly and direct you to the dumb conversation.
